From Grantmaking to Changemaking: How the W. K. Kellogg Foundation's Impact Services Model Evolved to Enhance the Management and Social Effects of Large Initiatives

An article originally commissioned by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation for the Social Enterprise Research Forum on Nonprofit Strategy at the Harvard University Business School. The article outlines a new approach to grantmaking using "impact services" and offers the Families for Kids (FFK) initiative as an example of the new approach. The article was later revised for inclusion in the Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly.
