in 1999, the Snapshots series has been
popular with the 8,000 readers who make up the
Nonprofit Sector and Philanthropy Program's mailing
list. The audience includes scholars, nonprofit
leaders and managers, policymakers, donors, and
others working in the area of philanthropy. The
series focuses on hands-on management topics and
major public policy issues.
